Stillness

December 26, 2025

There are those in the world who, for many reasons available, are unable to speak what they know to be in their hearts. The images we see throughout our lifetime, the sounds we hear throughout our span of life, as well as the feelings we know we have felt along with other sensories make up what we collectively call experience.

Often times those sensory perceptions culminate into a form that only our spirits (inner man) can understand and untangle. When we believe we trust another and try to explain these experiences it can overshadow the common sensibilities that is understood as human nature. Those misunderstandings can then come through as a dynamic we were not prepared for.

Trust is always earned. When it’s given without mutual experience (sometimes even with mutual experience) there is a space created. What this space becomes is definitive upon the one it is within. Silence and stillness are just as powerful as action and commands.

Allow time to reflect, respond, and restore what can be and needs to be respected. Let that space that exists become what you determine it to be.

Safety first (Love Always),

Psalm 94:12-19 – Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, and teach out of Your law, 13 That You may give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit is dug for the wicked. 14 For the Lord will not cast off His people, nor will He forsake His inheritance. 15 But judgment will return to righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it. 16 Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity? 17 Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul would soon have settled in silence. 18 If I say, “My foot slips,”
Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.
19 In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.
